Why are the prices so low?

In our quest to offer you the lowest price on the market, we negotiate directly with the hotel’s Vacation Club. They make these preferential rates possible in exchange for 120 minutes of your time.

To obtain this discounted rate, the only condition is that you attend a presentation to know the benefits of the membership program in the hotel with a duration of 120 minutes.

How does it work?

On the second day of your stay, you will attend a presentation to know the benefits of the hotel’s Vacation Club. You will be invited to join a selected group with excellent benefits, allowing you to enjoy a frequent traveller lifestyle.

Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

This offer cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to availability and changes without prior notice. It is not valid for guests with an active reservation with Astuto Travel, LLC and cannot be applied retrospectively to current bookings. All packages are for two adults and two children under 13 at the time of travel, in one room, and include food and beverages within the hotel. Valid until December 31, 2023. Some peak season dates may not be available. Flight tickets are not included. This rate is subsidized by Astuto Travel to promote the benefits of a vacation club. To be eligible for this offer, the customer must meet Astuto Travel’s requirements.


Married or cohabiting couples: The man must be between 30 and 65 years old. Same-sex couples: Both must be between 35 and 60 years old. Legally single women: They must be between 35 and 55 years old.

Employment status

You must be currently employed in a paid position or retired, with a verified annual income of at least $50,000 USD to be eligible to travel.

Unemployed individuals and students (part-time or full-time) are not eligible. Prospective travelers who work in the travel industry, hotels, vacation clubs, travel agencies, airlines, or their family members are also ineligible.

Credit card

You must physically present 2 main credit cards (departmental, fintech, corporate, or debit cards are not accepted).

Only 1 credit card is required for residents of the United States and Canada.


Qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish.

Marital Status

Proof of cohabitation is required. Examples: identification documents with the same address or surname, public service receipts, lease contract, marriage certificate.


For promotional purposes, «Family» shall be understood as consisting of a father, mother, and children. All other relatives will be considered as separate families or couples.


Clients are required to attend a 90-minute sales presentation on the day after their arrival.

Clients should not have any pre-paid activities or sightseeing tours scheduled on the day of the presentation.

Clients who have attended a Vacation Club or Timeshare presentation in the past 12 months will not be eligible to use the promotion.
The promotion can only be used once per family.


You must be a resident of Mexico, the United States, or Canada. Residents of Central or South America are not eligible, with the exception of those from Chile, Panama, El Salvador, and Costa Rica.

Customers who have lived in Mexico for more than 5 years will be considered residents of Mexico.

Club Membership

Members of Destinations by Meliá, Meliá Rewards, or Club Meliá, Meliá Vacation Club, their direct family members (children/parents) or beneficiaries are not eligible.

Group Travel

2 or more couples or families traveling together are accepted. Only one will be eligible for the promotion and all couples must attend the presentation.


Prospects who own a property at the destination where they will travel and conduct the presentation are not eligible.
