Cancun is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Located on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, Cancun is a tropical paradise that attracts millions of tourists every year. This tropical haven captivates millions of visitors annually, boasting a multitude of reasons for its widespread popularity, from its white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters to its numerous outdoor activities and dining options.

Tips: Make sure to get change when arriving in Cancún, staff always appreciate tips in pesos or US dollars.

Language: Spanish, though English is widely spoken.

Climate: Semi-tropical, with an average temperature of 78°F annually, reaching up to 82°F in summer.

Best Season: The high season is from December to April, when humidity is lower. However, the Caribbean beaches can be enjoyed all year round.

Relax on its beaches: Cancun is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. The most popular ones are Playa Delfines, Playa Tortugas and Playa Chac Mool.

Shopping in the Hotel Zone: The Hotel Zone in Cancun is a shopper’s paradise. There are several shopping malls, such as La Isla Shopping Village, Kukulcan Plaza and Plaza Caracol, where you can find international brand stores, restaurants, and the new Ferris wheel at Plaza La Isla.

Visit Isla Mujeres: This small island is located about 13 kilometers from Cancun and is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. You can reach it by ferry from Cancun.

Adrenaline: In Cancun, there are many options for practicing water sports, such as windsurfing, water skiing, jet ski, paragliding and much more.

Nightlife: Cancun is famous for its large temples of partying, especially in the Hotel Zone. There are many clubs, bars, and nightclubs that are open until late at night.

This offer cannot be combined with other offers and is subject to availability and changes without prior notice. It is not valid for guests with an active reservation with Astuto Travel, LLC and cannot be applied retrospectively to current bookings. All packages are for two adults and two children under 13 at the time of travel, in one room, and include food and beverages within the hotel. Valid until December 31, 2023. Some peak season dates may not be available. Flight tickets are not included. This rate is subsidized by Astuto Travel to promote the benefits of a vacation club. To be eligible for this offer, the customer must meet Astuto Travel’s requirements.

Age

Married or cohabiting couples: The man must be between 30 and 65 years old. Same-sex couples: Both must be between 35 and 60 years old. Legally single women: They must be between 35 and 55 years old.

Employment status

You must be currently employed in a paid position or retired, with a verified annual income of at least $50,000 USD to be eligible to travel.

Unemployed individuals and students (part-time or full-time) are not eligible. Prospective travelers who work in the travel industry, hotels, vacation clubs, travel agencies, airlines, or their family members are also ineligible.

Credit card

You must physically present 2 main credit cards (departmental, fintech, corporate, or debit cards are not accepted).

Only 1 credit card is required for residents of the United States and Canada.

Language

Qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish.

Marital Status

Proof of cohabitation is required. Examples: identification documents with the same address or surname, public service receipts, lease contract, marriage certificate.

Family

For promotional purposes, «Family» shall be understood as consisting of a father, mother, and children. All other relatives will be considered as separate families or couples.

Introduction

Clients are required to attend a 90-minute sales presentation on the day after their arrival.

Clients should not have any pre-paid activities or sightseeing tours scheduled on the day of the presentation.

Clients who have attended a Vacation Club or Timeshare presentation in the past 12 months will not be eligible to use the promotion.
The promotion can only be used once per family.

Countries

You must be a resident of Mexico, the United States, or Canada. Residents of Central or South America are not eligible, with the exception of those from Chile, Panama, El Salvador, and Costa Rica.

Customers who have lived in Mexico for more than 5 years will be considered residents of Mexico.

Club Membership

Members of Destinations by Meliá, Meliá Rewards, or Club Meliá, Meliá Vacation Club, their direct family members (children/parents) or beneficiaries are not eligible.

Group Travel

2 or more couples or families traveling together are accepted. Only one will be eligible for the promotion and all couples must attend the presentation.

Others

Prospects who own a property at the destination where they will travel and conduct the presentation are not eligible.
